Crafted from skin-soft merino wool with a practical polypropylene lining, this headband is designed to perfectly complement our official sweater for the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics. Drawing inspiration from our very first official Olympic sweater – the iconic 1956 Cortina d’Ampezzo Winter Olympics sweater – this headband captures the essence of Norwegian craftsmanship and reflects our enduring passion for winter sports. It is available in two colorways, both taking their colors from the Norwegian flag: red and white, and blue and white.
From one alpine region to another: While Cortina d’Ampezzo lies in the Italian Alps, Kvitegga is the highest mountain (1,717 m.a.s.l.) in the Sunnmøre Alps of Northwestern Norway. “Kvit”, meaning white, is closely associated with snow.
