Dale of Norway - VM Trondheim Men's Sweater - Off-White/Indigo

This is the official sweater for the 2025 Ski World Championships in Trondheim. It features a warm and comfortable wool design with a distinct retro flair, combining vibrant colors with a classic aesthetic. The pattern reflects the championship's values of diversity and inclusion, incorporating motifs inspired by historical cultural landmarks in Trondheim. Crafted from 100% wool for durability, the sweater includes a medium-high neck with a zipper for added comfort.

The World Championship sweater is rich in historical references, showcasing the classic eight-petal rose at the center of the front. On the left side, you’ll find a ship symbolizing Trondheim's maritime heritage, a stylized excerpt from a stained glass window in Nidaros Cathedral, and, on larger sizes, a stylized boat with oars viewed from above.

The right side features a stylized version of Trondheim’s municipal coat of arms, along with the stained glass and boat motifs from the left.In line with the 2025 Trondheim World Championships' focus on diversity and inclusion, the World Championship logo is inspired by thousands of children's drawings depicting people holding hands. The back of the sweater features motifs of a boy and a girl holding hands, as well as representations of same-gender pairs. Additionally, the stained glass and boat motifs are also displayed on the back. On the sleeves, a Valknut symbol is included, historically used as a protective emblem against evil forces.

This sweater not only embodies the spirit of the championships but also celebrates the rich cultural heritage of Trondheim.
